In today’s economy buying a home was scary. Phil made the process very easy and put no pressure on us at any time to buy a home. He made us very comfortable in our choice. I came to the area with only 2 days to look at homes. Phil drove my son and I around to see several homes in a short amount of time during the weekend and late hours. We could not be in town for our inspection and Phil made sure he was here and even explained things to me after the inspection over the phone. Phil and his wife gave up time on his wife’s birthday to even reshow us our house pick just to make sure we were happy with our choice. Phil went out of his way to help us even after buying our home. He came over on his personal time and money to change our lock for us. It has been 3 months since we bought our home and Phil still checks in with us to see how we are doing. I don’t feel we could have gotten better treatment anywhere else. When the time comes to sale our home and buy our next home that we plan to retire in Phil will be the guy we will call. I would refer family and friends to Phil in a heartbeat. Thanks for all you did for us Phil.
